I am an NIH-funded Associate Professor and Director of Faculty Wellbeing & Vitality, Health Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh, Professional Executive Coach, and Founder of MasterMind Executive Leadership, LLC. I partner with scientists and organizations nationwide to deliver high-impact coaching, leadership development, and workforce wellbeing and development initiatives.

I combine my sophisticated understanding of neuroscience, learning, and human behavior as a neuropsychologist and neuroscientist with practical experiences as a leader, scientist, mother, and coach.
